Roving Patrol Service
Officers on roving patrol or roving guard do not stay in one location or at a base, and will patrol a specific geographical area. This is common practice with law enforcement agencies and security companies. A roving security patrol officer can perform patrols on foot, in a vehicle, or through a combination of both. Their primary role is to prevent crime by identifying potential threats and quickly intervening before they can lead to any damage or harm. Officers who work in roving security do not have a fixed base. We also ensure that your building systems are operating propery, HVAC, Fire Panel checks, standing water observed etc.

A Concierge, also commonly called a Guest Relations Manager or Guest Service Worker, serves as a specialized customer service representative. They are most frequently employed within the hospitality industry, although these positions may also be available in high-end office buildings and apartment complexes.
Security Ofiicer
A Security Officer is a professional who watches over surveillance cameras, guards the inside and outside of buildings, and ensures people and valuables on the property are safe and out of harm's way. What makes a security officer? UNB security officers maintain a high degree of personal and professional integrity. They operate with honesty at all times. They are loyal and trustworthy. We also pride ourself's with taking the stress of the building management team and becoming the eyes and ears of the property when management is not on site.
Fire Watch
According to the NFPA, a fire watch is the “assignment of a person or persons to an area for the express purpose of notifying the fire department, the building occupants, or both of an emergency; preventing a fire from occurring; extinguishing small fires, or protecting the public from fire or life safety dangers.”
