I am a beginner in Women's kick boxing classes. I have not exercised in years. I came in and realized I did not need to feel intimidated at all, their instruction was great, they were very helpful and encouraging and knowledgeable. It is a great place, I feel very comfortable here, it's a challenging workout, it is never the same, always changing and interesting to me. I prefer this over a traditional gym.
