What do you love most about your job?
We have been lucky to have very qualified and respectful staff. The staff is an integral part of the company and helps to make daily operations easier. We have several long term staff members that have become friends.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved law enforcement as I was growing up. Early in my career I learned the most security guard companies lacked a foundation of understanding client needs. Most hired employees to fill openings, sending untrained and usually a unprofessional appearance to client sites I decided that the next best thing was to start a security company. As with any business, there are tough times but I followed my dream and couldn't imagine a better outcome.

We have long-term and dedicated staff that are loved by our clients. I have poured my heart into this company and treat each client as if they were my only client. I work with each client to make sure that we are meeting or exceeding their expectations. Each contract is custom to fit the needs of the client.
