I cannot even express how grateful I am for the Pam and Unique Gourmet Rotisserie Catering. I had to cater a last minute event.
She responded promptly to my inquiry, put menus together for my review, worked with me on selections and pricing, and within 1 hour we were set to go. 2 days later a beautifully catered dinner was prepared and served for 70 people.
The buffet was presented beautifully, food was fresh and delicious. Pam was hands on handling every detail. She and her staff were professional and exceptionally gracious in every way. I never had to ask them to fill something up, pick something up. They were 1 step ahead. I was impressed and I will absolutely hire her again.
