Hello we a family operated catering business, we are also opened to the public Friday -Sunday 12pm-7pm for take out or outside dining. We specialize in BBQ but we will prepare all food items to meet your menu. No catering job is too big or too small we do it all, we offer pick up, drop off, servers and we also have a food truck.

What’s your signature dish?
BBQ ribs, Pulled pork, Brisket, Roast beef, Mac & cheese, collard greens, string beans, Smokey beans is a few of our signature dishes, we also prepare turkey and hams for you holiday meals
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have you come sample our food and you get to decide what you want your menu to be. If you are working with a small budget we will suggest food items that will stretch to accommodate your event
