I believe personal training should be tailored to each individual. Unconditionally Fit is about helping people reach their goals through grace and acceptance. Helping you make fitness work into your current life and make it sustainable.

I offer coaching with multiple options:
-pay as you go zoom sessions which are 30-60min based on package selection and include personal access to me during the week with any questions.
-monthly coaching which includes workouts, mindset/behavior change work, nutritional counsel, demo videos, form checks, personal access to me via cell or email, check-ins to track goal progress.
-In person training at West Chester Fitness Club in West Chester, OH

I will offer discounted rates if multiple sessions are booked at once or if you commit to 3+ months upfront.

I have my NASM CPT (personal training cert)
and will complete a Health Mindset Coaching Certification in 4 weeks.
