Made a RESERVATION for a Saturday. Understandably, it was busy. It appeared they could not find our reservation. (2 females and 1 male were trying to figure it out). We had to wait 30min before they finally “found it”. (Even though I had a confirmation text from them that they didn’t care to check). They gave us a table that looked like it was JUST thrown there. Right in the middle of the flow of the restaurant. There were quite a few open booths. So we asked to be moved to one of those. We were told “No bc those are for our 6pm reservations”. Again, ours was for 5:30.🤦‍♀️We were celebrating a birthday so we declined the awfully situated table and decided to leave. Their response was “ok”. Period. Not even the slightest apology. I am in the industry so I am VERY understanding when issues arise. The fact that they couldn’t even offer an apology for such a cluster f*** is very telling. Never again. More...

I am new to the area and had heard this was a good place to eat. Maybe the chef was having and off night and it was late on a Sunday. Buuuut.. I ordered crispy calamari which was not bad. My entree was a Crispy Chili Burger and onion rings. The burger was cooked medium as I requested. Burnt on one side and the description of the meal was suppose to have Fritos. If anyone knows me Frito Chili Pies are my absolute favorite since about 6 years old. Disappointing, no Fritos. Onion ring expert.. they were over breaded and dark brown like the grease had not been changed. I was getting a hint of fish taste from the onion ring like they had been cooked in the same grease the calamari was cooked in. I will try one more time during the daytime.
