This gym is awesome! Very friendly and supportive atmosphere. Our trainer, Luke Martinez, was very informative and motivational and always available to answer questions about nutrition. The workouts were never boring.

I trained with Mohammad for a few months this year and had such a great experience. It was my first time working with a trainer and I was nervous because I’ve had a long standing injury but Mohammad was amazing. He made me feel super comfortable right away and really spent the time to learn about my injury and found ways to strengthen and help me get in shape and actually heal the injury instead of making it worse (as I had been doing trying to train on my own). Mohammad is really motivating and invests in his clients so I will definitely be going back for more sessions! More...

Don’t be intimidated by all the studs and studettes, these people are truly here to help you. For a small environment, it’s jam packed with everything you would possibly need to reach your limits and achieve the feeling you’ve always wanted. Yes with hard work and dedication you can look good, but nothing tops how you feel on the inside at the end of the day. These people here can help you feel that way. My trainer, Mohammad, really pushed me to get back to how I used to be and thanks to him I found that drive that I thought I lost. Everyone there smiles and says hi too you, regardless if you’re their client and that helps with the overall sense of confidence. If you’ve never been to a gym before, start here. They’ll give you the know how on how to get to where you want to be, and most importantly the confidence it takes to do it on your own. More...

I’ve been to many gyms and worked with other trainers but with Mohammad i have learned proper form which has kept me healthy and able to continually work towards my goal. This is an awesome place to train with everything you need to get to your fitness goals. I train with Mohammad Oubeid on the regular, and he is awesome. He takes the time to teach you the right form to make sure you are working on the right muscle groups within your personal training program. Private gym in Rancho, been going here a month in a half. My trainer is Andres, really great guy as are all the trainers there. Really nice environment, clean and with ALL brand new equipment. A few months after turning 40 I decided it was time to take my health seriously. Overweight and with pain in my back, knee and shoulder I knew I would need some help. I hired Mohammad to help me loose a few lbs and get “back into shape.” Mohammad did much more then that. After 5 months I’ve lost over 30lbs, dropped 10% body fat and feel in best shape of my life. Mohammad nutrition plan thought me how to fuel my body so that I can loose fat and build muscle without feeling hungry. With his help and small adjustments to my eating habits I was able to loose fat and never felt like I was on a diet.
