There are no gym membership fees, solely my training (service) fee. I can train clients one on one or I can train small groups with or without nuances (like using only a TRX suspension device or a Kettlebell, or also instead use variety of fitness equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands , etc with my guidance).

Moderation - it's ok to enjoy the food and drink you love, just don't eat an entire "cake". Water, drink lots of water. Our bodies are like plants, we too need lots of water and nutrition.

Freedom of schedule, and do what I want to do when I want to do it because I have a family and I value my time with my wife and kids.

Experience and flexibility, I have had proven success with my clients. I provide a premium service for a premium value and it's worth it.

Yes I can train and work with clients remotely. I prefer face to face, but it is possible online or remotely.

Keep spaces clean with disinfectant. Use masks when necessary. Keep enough space between people. I stay up to date on my booster vaccine.
