My brother Jahmai Davis came to me stating he wanted to get ripped, we had to wait until the summer when he could dedicate more time I also had to look for a gym where I felt he would thrive and not be a footnote. The gym needed to be small but effective the big boys 24 hour, Calfit are factories and the smaller gyms were run by roid heads. I came across UFC gym it was the perfect marriage of small but effective. Not only were they knowledgeable but they took a genuine interest in Jahmai and what he wanted to accomplish. In the weeks that followed the gym owners son took great initiative to learning sign language and practices with Jahmai after every workout.
