We are a Private training facility that offers personal training, semi private training and physical therapy. All of our trainers are specialists in at least one area ranging from kettlebells, powerlifting, bodybuilding, functional training and rehab. We are equipped to help all individuals achieve their fitness goals!

Tysons Playground is the premier gym in the Tysons area. The workouts were tailored to my goals, strengths, and weaknesses. They really helped me obtain my fitness goals. I’ve lost 10 pounds since training with Coach Stephan. I’m stronger and feel as though I’m in the best shape of my life. I look forward to continuing on this fitness journey. They have top of the line equipment and I have 24 hour access to the gym. I’m truly grateful for my experience at Tysons Playground! More...
