I've worked with Tom for a number of years now. He was actually my first private accountant I hired- initially he helped with my taxes after I got my first "real" job.
Then in 2020, I became a private business owner of my own LLC, which was brand new territory for me.
This introduced quarterly taxes into my life and I was overwhelmed. I remember he took the time on a weeknight to have an hour long conversation with me about what I needed to do an why. Years later, he continues to check in throughout the year with personalized reminders about my quarterly estimates. He is also just one of the nicest guys, which I appreciate in all humans. It's nice to know that even if I ask a dumb question, he's never going to make me feel silly for asking, and that we can get along chatting about how life is going. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working in the corporate sector, helping small businesses when a common comment came up in regards to why wasn't I doing this for myself? My contacts loved working with me and gained valuable knowledge.

One of my best attributes is that I enjoy meeting and working with new people. I am friendly, approachable and a knowledgeable individual. I can teach others if I know something that they might not know.

I have increased my remote services. I have also used applications such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom to meet my clients wherever they are.

Monitor and pay accounts payable in a timely manner. Make sure not to pay too soon so client can optimize cash flow.

Can submit payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly basis. Worked with ADP and other payroll services in the past.
