General Clean
Every Week Mom Cleaning. Living Room: Dust all surfaces, Vacuum. Bathrooms: ​Sweep, Mop, Clean and sanitize all surfaces and faucets Disinfect toilet and Shower. Kitchen: clean, sanitize all surfaces, stove tops, counter tops, wipe exterior cabinets, refridgerators,oven dishwasher and back splash. Clean all stand alone appliances on counters. Clean all window ledges.. Bedrooms: Remove all Nick Nacks Dust all surfaces, Dust lights and fixtures, Vacuum. Empty all trash cans through out entire house and replace with new bags. wipe out cans interior and exterior if needed. Leave the home with a pleasant aroma and make it sparkle.
Spring Clean
Kitchen: Remove all appliances from counter tops and clean thoroughly. Shine if stainless steel. Disinfect all surfaces. Scrub disinfect and scour sink. Degrease stove top, and Burner plates. Clean oven door inside glass. and turn on auto clean. Clean refridgerator top sides and front. doors and Ice and water tray. Cabinets exterior and door jams tops sides and bottoms. Sweep and Mop floors if necessary apply floor polish.
Living Room: Remove all photos and knick knacks and polish along with all furniture, use appropriate wax for surfaces. Dust all base boards, door frames, window ledges. Vacuum or sweep and mop floors. use specialty cleaners for high end floors. Remove all area rugs and shake outside. Remove all spider webs in corner areas. Fluff Pillows. Remove cushions and vacuum. Clean and Dust Ceiling fans. clean base boards.
Bathrooms: Clean all light fixtures, switch plates and Mirrors. Clean and disinfect all surfaces and all fixtures. Scour and disinfect toilet bowl tank and floor perimiter. Scrub and disinfect bath tub and showers, walls and floors, remove all soap residue. Polish fixtures, remove all water spots and alkaline build up. sweep and mop floors clean base boards.
Bedrooms. Dust all surfaces sides, tops, bottoms, clean all mirrors, lamps and base boards.
Empty all Trash cans wipe inside and out and disinfect.
WIndows are extra interior and exterior. sliding glass doors are included in clean. Change bedding upon request is a extra.
Re-Occuring cleans
We can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, how ever often you like. these appointments will be given at discount prices. Initail cleans are a bit more as we are bringing the home up to a spring clean standard/.
