Two Brothers Bar-B-Q

We travelled down from Canada to watch sports, drink beer and find good BBQ places. We heard about 2 Brothers BBQ from a bartender in Pittsburgh who raved about their ribs and brisket. First time trying this place & I absolutely love it! I got the Brisket Dinner, my husband got the Southwest Chicken Dinner. Both were FANTASTIC. Two Brothers catered a reception last weekend for family. When food from another caterer wasn’t sent with warming kits, which stressed out the bride - the chef stepped in and used his chafing pans and set up an additional table to help keep the food warm. He went above and beyond for that event and in a time where customer service isn’t practiced to basic expectations anymore, Two Brothers represents the customer service that would benefit all businesses and their clients. We recently had Two Brothers Bar-BQ cater a backyard event and everyone raved about the excellent food (the star on our menu was the brisket! ) and helpful, pleasant staff. Terry was wonderful to work with on the front end and the day-of staff were truly accommodating and professional. The set up was fabulous, they even had hand wipes, signage as to what items were being served and a speaker for music! After attending a graduation party in 2018, we were convinced that we needed to have Two Brothers Bar-B-Q cater our graduation party. They did NOT disappoint!! We booked the food truck early to ensure we would have our date. I spoke with Terri and she could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The food was even better than we remembered from the prior year. There were so many choices for our guests. The menu was very creative and everything was delicious. We had 2 Bros cater a recent event for the South West Chamber networking event, at our business. Not only was the food incredible, it also was a huge it! Terri came in and set up everything and all I had to do was keep the left-overs! The ribs were amazingly moist, the pulled pork was on point as well as the baked beans, Mac cheese and potato salad. Brisket, chicken and ribs! My fav is the shrimp and bacon po-boy. Big shrimp and the bacon is thick and cooked perfectly. Ask for extra sauce, it so good!
