What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
It’s important to keep things moving and keep people engaged, so we make sure there’s not a lot of downtime before the party starts, and then it’s all about knowing which songs to play and when to play them. Fortunately, that’s our “real job” too!
How would you describe your ‘style’?
We’re a little less formal than a “typical” wedding DJ. We love to laugh and have fun, and we do our very best to make sure your audience does too.
What do you love most about your job?
We’re pretty big fans of the free booze, if we’re honest :) It’s also a lot of fun for us to provide the soundtrack for friends to celebrate their biggest day with!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over the last 20 or so years, a lot of people who listen to us on the radio have asked one or both of us to DJ their weddings. The more we did, the more we realized that we had fun doing them, and so we decided to team up about 6 years ago!
Why should our clients choose you?
We know every party and every couple is different, so we sit down with a couple about a month before their event to custom plan the specifics. That way, everything from the intro music, to the order of events, to the vibe of the playlist is custom made just for each couple. Plus, we offer a no-charge extra that no one else is capable of: we’ll handle your leftovers! Didn’t finish that case of beer? We’ve got you. Bottle of Cap’n Morgan left over at the end of the night? You just take off for your honeymoon and leave that to us. It’s just a courtesy we provide!
