We are a Professional Cleaning Company we are not a hazardous waste company. We have Osha Health standards to consider and we were shocked when we serviced this house. Although we do respect our clients privacy, There is a serious legal risk to my business in this house. She has 16 cats.The drywall of this house is destroyed by cat urine and cat feces. I feel a certain amount of empathy for her. Even so, our hands are tied in this matter due to legal reasons. Her carpet needs thrown out, her drywall needs replaced. Her wood in her furniture is buckling because of the cat urine. This house is not safe for my employees. I'm responsible if someone gets sick. Osha standards and my insurance won't even cover me to do hazardous waste. This is a law in the State of Florida. I respect the law. My business license is important to me. If anything, I would expect her to show some appreciation for what I did do for her. I personally came to her house. I gave her a number to a restoration service that handles hazardous waste like urine, feces, and mold damage. I couldn't help her and still operate as a business legally. But I did everything I could for her. I truly care about people. Our business has very high ethics and our morality is always in tact. We are proud members of the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, we belong to many charities and we have hundreds of happy customers all over Spring Hill, FL. I'm very proud of how professional we are. I'm extremely happy with my staff of my Quiet, helpful and courteous cleaners. they help each customer by giving them attention. It's very clear what we do when we have a service list for each customer we serve. We clean houses for Century 21 and we clean for Dennis realty because of that attention to detail. We provide a great service to those who need us for house cleaning. We will never be a disaster area or licensed hazardous waste company. What we do is important because we give people an opportunity to have a clean household that are in poor health or don't have the time to do it themselves. That's something I'm very proud of.
