Overall great experience. I went to try everything out.. I had the Burnt Ends (called cow tips. They were amazing (possibly an appetizer). The pulled pork and Beef brisket were very good. House sauces are the way to go. Most meats did not need sauce. My wife had the fish fry. Awesome. My Mac and cheese side and the cornbread muffins were outstanding. So I had some running around to do. Garage sale-ing if you may, and a quick jaunt thru Menards. Stopped in to Twisted Spoke Smokehouse on my way home to see my sister from another mister, and grab some grub, and an afternoon cocktail. Food was pretty good. Had some so-so cheese curds (bar food, nothing special), an awesome burger, and some cheese and brisket smothered fries that would knock your dick in the dirt! 9/10 will definitely go again. Liked this place a lot. Â The beef brisket and pulled pork were both great. My sides were both tasty--baked beans and slaw. Â My wife got the chicken--as they say it is slow smoked then southern fried which was delicious. The house BBQ sauce was my favorite. Excellent waitresses, bartender was attentive. The locals at the bar were very friendly. A tall stunningly attractive gent named Bart was a particularly kind patron that gave us good tips for local fun. Nice experience! More...

We had a great time at Twisted Spoke last night. We went out for my Mother-In-Law’s birthday so we had a pretty big group. We started out with some appetizers. We had the wings, cheese curds, and burnt ends. The wings are some of the best I’ve ever had, very tasty. The cheese curds were on point and if you have a restaurant in Wisconsin, they better be… The Burnt Ends were also good and it was fun to use them to sample the variety or BBQ sauces. For my meal I did the combo with the 2 pieces of chicken, brisket, and pulled pork. I had the cornbread, onion rings, and Mac and Cheese for my sides. All I can say is be ready to eat. Everything was tasty and I had enough left over to bring for lunch the next day. I’m not from Memphis or Kansas City, but I thought it was some pretty good BBQ.We’ll be back. More...
