We went to dinner tonight. Food was good & waitress was subpar. Not our first time there mind you & I know with all the pandemic it’s hard to find good wait staff. What really pissed me off tonight was the fact our waitress brought our change back and said I’m sorry but you didn’t leave me a big enough tip.. did you make a mistake?? WTF… your tip is on what you deserve & we might not have left a big enough one BUT I can guarantee we will never be back More...

We haven’t had a bad meal here, and trying out the Point Judith lobster didn’t disappoint. It came with a stuffie, steamers, veggie (I had spinach my husband had asparagus) and a boiled lobster and you can’t beat the price. The only thing I would do differently next time is ask for the lobster on a separate plate. It was fine, but a bit messier. We also love their chicken wings and sandwiches. I asked for a specialty drink that wasn’t on the menu (a coconut margarita) and they accommodated me, even though it’s not a common cocktail. It was delicious! More...

I have been a regular here for several years now but the last 6 months the food has been going downhill. Last week was the worst when the outside bartender told my boyfriend to go back in the kitchen and make his own dinner. And then she suggested he stay home and not come out to dinner at all! He is 60 years old and has been going to The Twin Willows since he was a young kid with his parents, he was so upset when we left. Not to mention we had a disappointing dinner with that same bartender the week before but decided to give her another shot. Needless to say, we won’t be going back! - KL More...
