I want to help you move forward towards your goals and dreams, overcome blocks in your life, provide accountability, and assist in creating meaningful communication in your relationships.

Many times throughout our lives we find ourselves stuck or have problems that seem insurmountable. Having faced many of these challenges in my life, I use my life experience and my skills that I have learned to help you gain clarity, insight, and together we define a strategy for you to overcome the issue and move forward in creating a life that you love.
I chose Strategic Intervention because I have experienced the power of its strategies first hand. Having a personal life coach allowed me to move forward much faster than if I had not. Through her guidance I was able to come to the realization that I had been settling for something that was less than what anyone should settle for. I learned tools that allow me to manage my thoughts and keep fear and anxiety from being a part of my daily life.

Strategic Intervention uses a combination of psychology (from counseling and therapy) and strategies (from life coaching) to form a powerhouse that will take you from where you currently are in life and catapult you to where you want to be. Strategic Intervention is goal-focused, forward-thinking, and packed with action.
