Will, I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by TWA during some recent security concerns.
The professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail displayed by you and your team was phenomenal! You were responsive, effective, went above and beyond the scope of the job and always made sure that our staff and property remained safe and secure.
Not only did TWA provide security services, they also performed surveillance and networked with others to gain intel. When a potential threat arose, TWA quickly assessed the situation, coordinated with local law enforcement, and implemented measures to ensure our safety. They maintained a constant presence on-site when requested, and their surveillance services were vital in helping us monitor the situation and take necessary precautions. And....Will was literally available 24/7. His response time was within seconds! I was out of state when an issue arose. I immediately called and he picked up on the first ring. Police were already on the scene, so he literally got in his car and started driving to my house to offer protection to a family member. Fortunately, it wasn't needed, but the fact that he was on it gave me peace of mind.
I am beyond grateful for Will and his team's service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of professional security services. Will...having been in the trenches together for a while now, I not only consider you a professional colleague, but also a friend. You are the absolute best!! Thank you!

In a time where my family and I needed security, guidance and help, Will and his team at TWA provided all those items and more.
When I first met Will he was very professional, assessed the situation, explained how he and his team could and would help, and not only offered professional help but personal guidance too.
Never needing protection before, Will calmed our family down and made us feel extremely safe. His entire team was prompt, on time, communication was great and we felt confident in the job they were doing.
Their investigation reports were extremely detailed, well thought out on action plans and then executed, and allowed us to get back to a normalcy we struggled to find until TWA.
