Mr. Turley's response to my review speaks for the kind of person he is. Half of what he states in his response is not true. Telling a crowd of kids that he does have two balls...please tell me that is not appropriate. I felt bad for this man which is why I gave him a tip. I sent him a very nice feedback email which he did not respond. He only emailed me because of the review I left. I am sorry I ever hired this person. There is an old scholastic maxim, "Quidquid recipitur ad modum recipientis recipitur (what is received is received according to the mode of the receiver)." I never use foul language or blue humor, ever! I do a magic trick with some balls that appear and disappear. In my 44 years as a performer no one, until now, thought that saying the word, "balls" was toilet humor.

This magician was not good for a 7 -8 years old crowd. He was inappropriate saying things that only adults could understand. Some of the comments had double adult rated sense. He did not stay the entire 45 minutes. Very disappointed with his performance. Do not waste your money. More...

This customer booked me at the very last minute telling me that another performer had cancelled. She told me that she would have 20 children and some adults. I told her that I entertain BOTH children and adults with family entertainment for about 45 minutes. Most of her guests did not show up. There were 9 children and 5 adults. At the conclusion of my performance, she thanked me and paid me, adding a generous TIP. A few days later she contacted me to tell me that she was unhappy because some of my humor went over the heads of the kids to the adults. For example, “Why did Cleopatra always say, ‘no’? She was Queen of Denial.” I had told her that I offered humor for all ages. I told her that my act was “about 45 minutes.” She claims that it was less than 45 minutes. I was there for 55 minutes. She threatened that she would give me a bad review if I did not refund ½ of my fee. Nine days after my performance she wrote this unfavorable review. I have been in this business for 44 years with a lot of stage time. I have seen it all. Please remember this poor soul in your prayers.

Mr. Turley did a wonderful job last week at my daughter’s 3rd birthday party! He told me the show would be a showstopper and he definitely exceeded my expectations! Not only were the kids engaged but the adults too! The teenagers at the party could not stop talking about how cool Mr. Turley was. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I worked at a pediatric hospital for 10 years doing bedside visits for young patients so I am an experienced performer in a medical setting. Performing in ways that are safe is what I've always done.
