I found Dorthy from her Facebook page after seeing her work at a friends event. I think the location moved , but she's definitely open and ready for business. I Love the quality and uniqueness of her work. I have utilized them for 2 very different occasions and they did not disappoint. Flowers and flora were fresh and delivered on time. Dorothy is an amazing florist whose knowledge of flowers extends beyond merely presenting nice arrangements. She is able to help select, describe and present an assortment of beautiful peices whilst telling the story of why she chose to sell those unique flowers on any particular day. Her offerings change weekly, which keeps things fun and interesting. She's also an amazing story teller. She helped pick out a nice boquet of tulips and calla lilies for me. I wanted to surprise my wife with something special for her birthday last week, so I reached out to Dorothy, gave her some broad suggestions about what my meager husband mind imagined my Bonnie would like (green, white, springy, peonies if possible). Dorothy went with my vague ideas, kept on budget, delivered them to her office to surprise her, left a handmade note, and made everything easy. Most important, my wife LOVED the flowers. Dorothy is so talented when it comes to flower arrangements. Â I have been buying them from her for about a year and every time I do they are so inventive and thoughtful. Dorothy and Tulipan are such a great part of Mint Plaza! Her arrangements are so pretty and affordable. I usually take my favorite vase (and my budget) to Dorothy and just let her do her thing. I've never been disappointed.

Dorothy has a beautiful and effortless sense of design, and her arrangements always brighten my home and work day. She also provides custom florals for the luxury model homes that surround the Plaza as well as the entry lobbies to our buildings. Tulipan Floral Design created all the wedding party flowers for our big weekend bash at Wilbur Hot Springs, and they were fabulous. Dorothy incorporated all of our ideas (types of flowers, color, design) and created bouquets that were more beautiful than we could have imagined.
