I lack the tech savviness needed to resolve a HP 601+ tank printer issue on a 2 year old residential machine. Sorry for my delayed response but this is not because of unhappiness with Tuff Techies at all (got a little ill ?). Jeremy and his staff were amazing and I would highly recommend for any tech/computer needs ! ! They were responsive, extremely professional, kind and got the job done. I went because my little HP Laser printer became messy. Thought it was a defective printer cartridge but Jeremy also explained the drum needed replacement - a typical mechanical part that should be replaced. Didn't know that. Printer is 5 years old BUT an HP laser and considered buying a new printer. Mine is now spotless AND brand new, and runs beautifully. I had a list of several things I needed or wanted done and Tuff Techies took care of everything for me. They completed 90% of my list at their shop and then a tech came to my house to do the remaining 10% as they wanted to be sure the problems were resolved before returning the computer to me. It took a little longer than they anticipated, but they didn't charge me anything additional as they wanted to be sure everything was done properly and to my satisfaction. I encountered a problem with my MAC and the infamous Gray Screen with a ? displayed. Called Tuff Techies and was immediately speaking with Jeremey who was fantastic. Understood my needs and suggested I drop off the Mac for him to take a look. I did that afternoon and FF 2 days and it was fixed. Quick, easy, great explanation of what was needed, what was done and tweaked some last minute things when I picked up that I'd asked for. Great reliable, and TRUSTWORTHY service. And piece of mind. We were notified via txt of scheduled appointments prior to arrival. Technician arrived on time, knowledgeable & polite. Offered follow up service for any questions or concerns we might have. Provided a list of expected channels prior to installation, which gave us an opportunity to research each and decide if it was what we wanted. We actually receive more channels than expected.
