What kind of accounting services do you provide?
Here at Trye Ledger Bookkeeping, LLC we offer a wide variety of business savvy services. These range from creating reports for your business to letting you know exactly what they mean. Bookkeeping is our main service and includes sorting and matching every transaction and adjusts with journal entries to ensure ever little thing is noted. Much of our services revolve around getting your financials ready for you or your CPA (or a CPA we've appointed for you) to file.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
To ensure that not only your business is taken care of and the details are precise, but to give you your time back to do business (or get back to streaming the latest shows).
What do you love most about your job?
Making perfect little lines on reports and relaxed business owners out of the bottomless pits of the chaos that bookkeeping can be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was younger, my family wasn't exactly financially stable and we did a lot of moving. My goal is to help people in those situations take back control of their finances and help them make better plans, and even help them figure out how to implement them. In order to help these families who have inevitably increased from this pandemic, I'm assisting businesses to help make the services I offer affordable and value filled for all.
Clean-up/Catch-up
This is something that most of our new clients will need to add on. You will be required to add this service on for any months that a tax return has not been completed.
For example, if you have filed your 2018 tax return already, then we need to complete and/or review your books starting with January 2019 in order to prepare accurate financials for your upcoming tax return.
We give one-time discounts to our new customers for this back work. We are also happy to provide this discount on past years where you think the tax return and/or financials were inaccurate.
Basic Monthly Bookkeeping
What’s included in the Basic Bookkeeping package?
//Every month we will categorize all business related income and expense transactions and issue you a monthly financial statement consisting of a Balance Sheet and a Profit and Loss. These reports will help you understand your business past to make decisions on your business future. They are required in order to do any tax planning or to fund your business with mid-year loans. Unlimited email and text support is also included.
What’s not included in the Basic Bookkeeping package?
//Anything above and beyond basic tracking of income and expense items for the month is not included in the monthly price above. However, additional services are available as an add-on to your basic bookkeeping package. These add-ons include:
-Accrual basis accounting
-Detailed financials showing class tracking or job profitability
-Invoicing
-Bill payment
-Payroll
-Sales tax filing, Tax planning and preparation and legal help through our partners.
-Monthly strategy sessions are also available for additional fees.
