Tip of the hat to Geoff. We needed a kit very last minute for an outreach at Pioneer Square. We (Westside Vineyard) followed the recommendation of Tucker at Portland Vineyard to check out the Freshman series. Geoff took excellent care of us. He recommended upgraded heads since this was an outdoor gig and assembled it all for us and tuned them up while I hung around the shop and swapped tales. The drums sound great (especially considering the modest cost) and I was struck by the quality of the components throughout. Now our drummer can't wait until we get the acoustic treatments in place so he can use the set for normal worship... Quality product, quality people, and quality service... Highly recommended! Visited the shop today while on a business trip. I've followed this company for many years on the web but never seen the drums in person. Let me tell you- these are world class. Flawless flawless flawless. Geoff is a good guy and took the time out of his busy building day to talk drums in his humble shop.
