Crew lost the most valuable bag they were responsible for (containing laptop, ipad, and airpods). They left the bag unattended in a vestibule in our former building for around 12 hours. When confronted about the missing bag all four members of the crew claimed to have never seen the bag. The owner of the company did help us in eventually locating the bag, which was left outside our old apartment in a public area, but refused to provide any refund on her company's failure to meet the basic standard expected of movers (not losing your stuff).Due to covid-19 and not wanting to be trapped in a small space we left our apartment during the move, leaving the crew with our keys and the understanding that every item would make it to our new place. The crew did not wear gloves as stated on their yelp site and several members of the crew were ineffectively wearing masks (noses out). Other than losing our most valuable possession the crew did a great job disassembling, transporting, and reassembling all of our cheap ikea furniture in a timely manner. If you are careful to check their work and not make the mistake of having valuables handled by a moving crew they might be one of the more affordable options in the area. Trust Moving and Storage came to pack my 3 bedroom house and move some things to the new place and some to storage.  They did a great job considering it was last minute.  Showed up a bit later than expected, but added a 4th person to  make it faster.  Overall, did a really great job.  Left me very little to do but unpack :) More...

A full day job for my spouse and I only took two hours thanks to Batraz and Irbeg from Trust Moving Storage. We loved working with them so much, we hired their services again to help with some newly acquired heavy furniture. They were professional, helpful and extremely fast at their job. Really fantastic! I was looking for a reasonable price for a short distance, small move (from a house to a 1bed apartment) and I was getting ridiculous quotes. I found Trust Moving on thumbtack and they immediately responded with a VERY reasonable estimate. They checked in prior to the move, called me when they were on the way, and very efficiently and thoroughly got all my stuff from point A to point B. When I got to my new place they patiently moved things from side to side for me as I couldn't lift the heavy items. My movers were Batraz and Irebeg. Very polite! More...

.    Great experience! I went through the website to request a quote & promptly received call back from Mila. She answered all my questions & gave me the best quote of the several companies I contacted. I needed to move in less than two  weeks & on a weekday. I was given a 1 hour window for arrival & they were on time. They got right to work & did a phenomenal job. Everything was wrapped in padding or plastic depending on the item. My 2 movers were very friendly & erred on the side of caution even on items that were not "fine furniture"! With everything secured we headed out. Upon arrival they set everything back up & even waited for me to arrange each item where I wanted it placed. They even helped me remove an old futon mattress. Lack of communication is huge within this company! There for I strongly recommend to use someone else. These people refuse to answer phone calls when they know the customer is right and they screwed the pooch. They are not trustworthy and they basically don't care. More...

During this last week, we did an inter-apartment move, from one unit to another in the same building. We had two movers for a two bedroom apartment. We were impressed with the level of professionalism and care exhibited from the moment they stepped through our door. Everything was wrapped, carefully carried and deposited in the exact location we requested in our new unit. We would definitely use Trust Moving and Storage for our next small or large move. Moving day, with internet hook-ups, coordinating utilities and packing and unpacking endless boxes, can be stressful. The movers brought efficiency and calm amidst the storm.
