What do you love most about your job?
I love helping others achieve transformation in all areas of their lives, the same way my life has been transformed by coaching. It has affected my career, my relationships (including marriage, parenting, friends, colleagues, family of origin, etc.), my health, and my spiritual life, and has overall increased my energy and my enjoyment of life. I love showing others the practical skills and tools I've learned and seeing their life change.
Why should our clients choose you?
I provide an "inside out" approach, meaning I want you to see a transformational change instead of trying to achieve outward behavior changes. I am not a "motivational" coach - my aim isn't to hype you up and push you toward your goals because then you will be dependent on me (or other coaches) for all of your goals. Instead, I want to help you build internal motivational by learning skills and tools for self-awareness, self-definition, self-acceptance, and self-direction. These are skills that you will use over and over again in every area of your life.
