What do you love most about your job?
What we love the most about our job is that it is not a job. It is the privilege of being part of something amazing in a couple’s life, it is the long-lasting relations that we build and the friendships we form. It is personable, fun, and exciting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Knowing that we can make a big difference in someone’s life, by making sure every detail of their event will be carefully planned and executed. Giving our clients a stress-free planning journey as well as their most important day.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a unique advantage over other planning companies. We have been in both sides of the business. As hotel/venue planners, it gives us the ability to negotiate and educate our clients on the process and expectations. Forming a true partnership with all parties involved for a smooth sailing event.

We are incredibly flexible on our communication and approach. We do zoom meetings, conference calling and one on one calls. We maintain close communication with all the vendors to make sure the client’s vision is properly coordinated thru out the planning and day of event.

We follow all Covid-19 guidelines and any additional requests by our clients.

Initial Consultation to establish your needs is FREE.
Pre-Wedding Day:
Unlimited email communication.
Complete Wedding Day Timeline, to be sent 15 days before the wedding.
Confirm all Vendors: deliveries, set up time, arrival times
Two consultation as wedding day approaches.
Venue search: to include and not limited to contracting venue location, rehearsal dinner, brunch or bridal shower locations.
Vendor search: to include and not limited to contracting DJ, Photography, Florist, Officiant, Hair and Make-up, or any other vendors client is in need of.
Wedding Rehearsal: Coordination of rehearsal (one hour) and ceremony, including lining up and cueing wedding party for processional, as well as any additional cues for ceremony.
Final Wedding Day Timeline for couple and Bridal Party.
Wedding Day: (Two Coordinators)
Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception. Including making sure all vendors have arrived and are ready to go.
Use of Bridal Emergency Kit - we’ll be ready and available to solve any unexpected situations or emergencies.
Assist with distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets.
Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional, as well as additional cues for ceremony and reception.
Overseeing ceremony and reception setup.
Cocktail Hour & Reception thru cake cutting.
Set up contracted reception décor not handled by a specific vendor (i.e. favors, menus, cake knife, toasting flutes, escort cards, gifts, charger plates, etc…).Â
