The trainers are so great and workouts either push you or develop your skills sets for the better! Definitely recommend to help get back into it.

Climbing The True Peak: It often starts with times where you look at yourself and actually let yourself be honest about what you see. There is a want to change the part of you that you don't like, and you might tell yourself that you can do it on your own... but how many years have you been saying that? and yet your still here. Crash diets always end up coming full circle, and starting a workout can often just as quickly come around to stoping your workouts. Real lasting change has to happen in your mind before the body, (and if you have ever looked into politics you will know how difficult it is to change a mind) The easiest way to change your mind is to have the support of a community that knows your struggles and share in your goals. So is True Peak Training right for you? I don't know, I am not you and I can't speak for you. What I can say is it has helped me, it made a lot of difference to be able to just get myself there and not have to worry about what I am doing when I get there, and to be able to have others with me that wore also struggling to improve was a constant reminder that I was not in this alone. I don't know wither it's just that the people working there are really good at the job, but I always felt like the employees actually cared about helping me as a person and not just as a source of income. If this is something your going to try my one bit of advice is simple "Show up!" and as long as you keep showing up, (even if that's all you have in you to do) you will find your self looking back and seeing that the change you want has been slowly happening often with out you noticing. My True Peak journey started at a Pizza restaurant back in early January 2019, I told my wife about this 6 week challenge thing I had seen on Facebook for a couple weeks, so as I reached for another slice and cold beer she did what most wife’s would do “ give it a shot” she said “what do you have to lose “. I made an appointment and met with Audrey, who has so much positive energy you can’t help but feel good about getting started and that’s just the first layer, all the coaches, staff and owners are super positive and willing to help in anyway. My first couple weeks were challenging as I hadn’t worked out in some years but it became easier as time went on. At the end of the challenge I dropped 20 pounds and 6% body fat, I’ve lost an additional 12 pounds and my body fat % is at 15 so that’s 32 pounds lost and dropping 13% body fat.... I came across the AD on facebook and at 1st kept scrolling. Then I set up a consultation that I didnt show up for 2x. I showed up on my 3rd appointment I made. I'm glad I did, I love the workouts and Im down 10lbs and 6% bodyfat. you will get results if you follow the meal plan and do your workouts. Yes they do give everyone the same meal plan but if they see your not losing weight they will adjust the meal plan. Once my meal plan was adjusted I started to really see results. Losing at least 3lbs a week. It takes a little getting used to food prep but once you do it is very easy. This is one of the best investments you can make for your mental and physical well being. The coaches are awesome and truely care about you. They pay attention to your form which is very important to avoid injury (which i personally love ).The environment is very encouraging and its not just the coaches but also the members that make this place an awesome place to workout. From the moment you walk in the door the staff at true peak want to know why you're there, and if you're serious about improving your lifestyle. All the coaches ready and willing to help you reach your goals as long as you are putting in the effort. The 6 week challenge will test every ounce of your dedication to yourself. Beginning with the food you eat, the water you drink, and how much you're willing to push yourself in the workouts. The coaches are amazing when you transition to CrossFit classes as well. They teach you exactly how to do the movements, and will correct you if you're doing it wrong. They want you to succeed. Everybody does. There is always a coach around for any questions or concerns. I'll start out by saying I heard about TRUE PEAK TRAINING by a friend of mine who did there 6 Week Challenge and what a difference it made in him! He lost alot of weight and gained alot of muscle.So I tried it. What an experience! The workouts are incredible in a group setting (all ages) I'm 64 btw. And you have an amazing Coach ( female or male) to help you get through the challenge!They also have a food program that is custom made for you. This really works. By the end of my Challenge last week I had lost 21lbs! Oh BTW they hold you accountable ( in a good way) so I would Highly Recommend TRUE PEAK TRAINING to anyone looking to change their look!!! And get Healthy!One more thing. I just went back and read some of those bad reviews and never saw any of that! The Owners, Coaches and staff were amazing, friendly and always had answers to any of my questions! And I was never pressured by anyone to buy into there gym! More...

I saw their ads on FB advertising a "Free 6 week Challenge ". I contacted them and set up an initial consultation and visit. I arrived on time but was unable to access the facility. I was left out in the snow and wet weather for about 15 minutes, before someone came out to let me in. I was brought to the back office where I learned that their "Free" 6 week challenge was $500! But I could get a discount of $250. I asked about what the gym would cost after the challenge, as I'd like to continue to work on what results I would have gained from the Challenge. I was not given a straight answer- but a range of $175-$300 a month. Completely out of my budget & I was honest with them. But they still demanded my debit card. Along with their hard sell, I was also shamed "well if you were truly serious about changing your body, you would do this". I left & I am glad I did. I found their false advertising to be completely dishonest. I've also found them advertising under a different name. If your business isn't capable of standing on its own and you have to assume another name to try to lure in individuals - that's showing a total lack of integrity. I did find a Cross Fit Community that is truly everything that Cross Fit is supposed to be- inviting open kind welcoming safe and FUN. I'm glad I didn't let my experience at True Peak chase me away from Cross Fit! I also completed a 6 week challenge recently-$50 for the 6 week period - unlimited open classes and support in all facets . And NO Body Shaming ! Starting this off by saying I’ve never been a “gym” person. The furthest I ran was to the fridge. All that changed after I participated in the ‘6 Week Challenge. ’This place isn’t just a gym, it’s a community and a resource. Gaining healthy eating habits and learning how to be the best version of yourself, physically and mentally, are two of the many factors that got me hooked.The team of coaches are motivational, honest, and supportive. It isn’t intimidating! Instead of adding to my anxiety, the classes, coaches, and other gym goers actually helped relieve it.I never thought I’d look forward to working out, let alone miss going to the gym.
