Finishing up week 6 of boot camp! Been to MANY gyms. Tried diet pills, didn’t eat blah blah tried it all with little to NO results. This program WILL give you results. For me a gym is just a gym. This gym is filled with AMAZING SUPPORTIVE MOTIVATING people. They hold you accountable and cheer you on during your journey. This is a YOU journey and you will get what you put into it. Min effort will get you min results max effort and following what they tell you WOW! It’s always easier when you have support and accountability. If you want to achieve your faintness goals and have a whole squad of cheerleaders behind you telling you you CAN DO THIS even when you doubt yourself GO TO TRUE PEAK! If I achieved what I did in 6 weeks I can only imagine with them what I will achieve in 6 months!!!!! They are my fitness family now! More...

When I first signed up for the prevent the pounds challenge at the beginning of November I met with Sam. He went over everything and was upfront regarding costs. Well I was very skeptical that I could lose 25 lbs or 6 percent body fat. I thought at my age my metabolism had slowed to a stop. Sam assured me that if I followed everything and did what I was told it would work. So I decided to take a chance. Well it WORKED. I did not lose 25lbs i lost about 30lbs. I lost almost 6 percent body fat as well. This was all in the span of six weeks. I am still dropping weight. I started the journey at 208.6 and I am now 176. So if you want real results and can follow instructions this is the place for you. I decided to stay here after the challenge ended. I just finished the six week challenge! I was nervous to sign up, since I️ felt so physically unfit and the idea of Crossfit was really intimidating to me, but it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The coaches are awesome, they show you ways to tailor each workout to your physical limitations and encourage you the whole time. I feel stronger than ever and ended up signing up to continue my journey! Can’t say enough good things about this experience and I would highly recommend it! More...

I just finished the 6 Week Prevent the Pounds Challenge. I was able to succeed because they supply you with everything you need to do so. I have to say, this past several weeks have been grueling, but the most fun I've ever had with physical activity!! The coaches here are amazing, and the I've now become addicted to Crossfit! Thank you to the owner Sam, as well as my accountability coaches Sam and Randy. You guys pushed me to succeed, and I'm happy with the results. So, I just finished up my 6 week challenge! I was very skeptical at first that I could ever do something like this (always thought crossfit would be way too “intense” for me), but a friend convinced me to give it a shot.

Best decision ever.

This gym is amazing and the coaches are top notch! They worked so hard to help me not only do things I never thought possible, but helped me do them safely! I loved that the coaches helped encourage you to measure all of your physical changes beyond the numbers on the scales. I have now done all of the things I always told myself I couldn’t. The coaches were instrumental in that and that is my favorite part of having been a part of the 6 week challenge. My confidence in myself has skyrocketed, not only from the weight loss, but from the realization that I am certainly capable of more than I think I am.

This is the first time I’ve ever really stuck to a commitment AND enjoyed all of it. I’ve signed up to continue my journey and I’m excited to see what more I can accomplish with the help and guidance of True Peak!

I started training at True Peak about 7 weeks ago as part of their 6 week transformation challenge. Not only did the transformation happen with my body, but it has been a shift in my perspective overall. The coaches and members alike are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and inspiring. Best atmosphere! Great trainers that go the extra mile in all aspects of fitness. I recently completed a 12 week challenge! The results have been truly amazing! I lost 34 lbs of pure fat! 28.5 lbs total weight loss! Feel healthier then I did 10 years ago! Would highly recommend this for anyone who is interested in a healthier life style! Yesterday was my last red cape bootcamp session at True Peak and I am super happy with my results from their training program(followed my own nutrition systems). I would recommend for any activity level. They really work with anyone who needs modifications. I will be back and highly recommend to anyone! I dropped into True Peak from out of town for a weekend. The coaches were very friendly, the gym is very spacious and has plenty of equipment, and the gym hours are great for out of town travelers. Would definitely come back and I recommend to anyone living in or visiting Manchester. More...

True Peak truly gives you everything you need to be successful in achieving whatever goals you are setting for yourself. They give you the accountability factor, the coaching factor, and the true sense of community when it comes to crossfit. Normally, I never would have clicked on a link like I did before signing up for the six week challenge, however, a friend of mine had just completed the challenge and his results were amazing. This wasn't just about losing weight and getting back in shape, it was so much more than that. It was about finding my confidence that I lacked so much of in myself. I have always talked myself out of things that I wanted to try because it wasn't in my comfort zone. The excuses of, "oh I don't know anybody, I don't know where it's located, I don't want anyone to judge me, etc." always outweighed my inner softer voice. I can honestly say that I felt welcome immediately and all of my social anxieties were put to rest. I have never had so much fun working out before and the people you meet are so encouraging and supportive. This was the best thing that I could have ever done for myself, and if it weren't for the community support and for the coaches, I never would have made it through the six weeks. Completing the challenge gives you such a sense of accomplishment and makes you want to continue on in your journey. I just started my challenge. What I can say is the staff is very informative and friendly. They set you up for success and make you accountable with the system they put in place. They also set up avenues to be able to have easy access to your peers that are in various stages of the program for advice and moral support, as well as all the staff which, if anyone has been through anything like this, knows is paramount to a successful healthy transition.
I am very impressed and will write another review after completion. I am sure my views will on par with the what they are now! Come join our family!

Just started my 6 week challenge. My first class was a success and a comfidemce booster I needed to reinforce that I can do this! . If I said it was easy I’d be lying, but the trainers help you adapt your workout to meet any need you have. The staff has created such a supportive environment that all my intimidation was gone after Day 1. The eating plan is the easierst one I have ever followed, and I am not hungry. I actually couldn’t eat everything I was suppose to in a day. I am so glad I made the choice to join this challenge! More...

I had been in a rut for about two years, focused on my work, family and new marriage. I’ve been considered “overweight” my entire life. It’s been a roller coaster of weight loss. I find something that sticks for a few years but then the weight manages to come back on. This time doing the 6 week Red Cape Boot Camp Challenge I didn’t focus on losing the weight, I focused on finding myself. My confidence, my strength and of course the feeling that you get when you are becoming healthier. True Peak keeps it real-they make you feel welcome, capable and ready. My coaches -Randy and Cara have been there every step of the way-guiding, kicking my ass and reminding me to do my best. I completed the 6-week challenge and amazingly lost 17 lb and 7% body fat that was a huge Improvement for me, to get me back on the right track, each week got a little easier and the coaches were fantastic. A shout out to coach Cara who was amazing and motivated us to push ourselves, as we did, we all saw the results, they were not lying!! So happy I took the leap and now on my way to a more healthy lifestyle! More importantly I feel stronger and know I can do anything and as an added bonus now I can recieve my Wellness Credit for BMI and will have a decrease in my health insurance premiums!!
