True North Healing

Working with Alison doing Alchemical Alignment energy work has been super supportive for transforming old habits of thought and constriction in my body. With her guidance, I am finding new ways of being in my body in relation to long-standing challenges. The sessions are magical. I walk away deeply relaxed and newly resourced deep in my body/mind/heart. Even as I write, I am trying to recall the frustration I was carrying in my body prior to our last session. Yet, the old narrative has been replaced by a softer, stronger, new narrative, rooted in the imagery Alison helped to invite. I now understand why this work is called alchemical!
