When I started working with Dell I was unsure of myself and lacking confidence in my professional and personal life. After a couple of sessions, I had become more confident at work and in life. Dell did a fantastic job of holding me accountable to do the things needed to improve my situation and gave me the tools to do so. He coached me through several difficult conversations, with outcomes better than I could have imagined. Dell is nothing short of amazing. When he said that he can make me believe in myself in one hour, I’m not going to lie, I was skeptic yet desperate. 😭 Not to be dramatic, but my one hour session with him basically saved me. 🥹I do not believe I came across him on TikTok coincidentally the more I think about it. After traumatic events in my life, I fell into a dark place. I was scared of the world and afraid to live in it: Therapy couldn’t relate, church didn’t help, self-healing was a band aid on a major wound. I really didn’t think I’d ever leave the house again honestly 😅 Dell really broke life down and made it make sense for me finally. I got the spiritual relief I’ve be asking for. As a result, I walked away ready to take on the world…to live and love, not to live and just exist. In one hour, Dell helped me acknowledge and find the answers to my issues with my inner child, anxiety, grief, disassociation, and lack of confidence. He helped me achieve what my therapist could not. I feel at peace with myself. DELL. This is a coach that really wants you to succeed. I’ve worked with quite a few coaches over the last 8 years and I know the real thing when I experience it. I had a very big personal challenge come up a couple of months ago. Dell did an incredible job of allowing me the space to really come into my OWN ANSWERS.

A lot of coaches will throw advice at you.
