I have used Equinox twice for our business tax needs. The first time we left because I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. We were assigned someone specifically because of where we work, and they are supposed to touch base with you monthly. They did for awhile, but once we moved to someone else, it was hard to get a hold back of that person. We went away from them for a bit, and came back. There was a bit of chaos due to the PPP loans, which I really don’t understand, because when I told them we wanted to go and apply, I was told which website to go to and a few requirements- and that was it. No one offered to apply for me. We also have a back tax situation that we have been waiting on since January. They are still not totally done. The IRS is expecting payment, and we can’t settle because we don’t have all of the taxes done. I have called and emailed repeatedly to no avail. I understand that others were trying to get their PPP loans taken care of, but right now I feel like a red headed step child. More...
