This limousine company was a pure pleasure to work with and no headaches with my wedding limos. We did go in overtime for about 2 1/2 hours, but the driver was very respectful to discuss this with my best man, since I told all the drivers, any issues discuss it with my best man. A quick review on our bus rental from TRU Limousine. We rented the 50 passenger bus last weekend and totally enjoyed the trip to and from Atlantic City Casinos. The driver was great. He arrived early and we actually parted from our destination a little early. It was safe driving to and from the Casinos. We had absolutely no complains. It was a very smooth and relaxing ride. I was tasked with researching a prom limo rental for several children in the neighborhood. I was very impressed with Kevin at TRU Limousine. The process was very smooth. Also, I should mention, when I inquired about Limo Inspection & Limo Insurance coverage with TRU Limo, there was no hesitation on providing a snapshot of all coverage on limos. When I did the same questions with other limo companies they got very defensive. I was asked Why? For What Reason? And I like the final reply several other limo companies provided. "We have insurance, don't worry about it".. Needless to say, I am glad we went with TRU Limo with the comfort of knowing our children are riding in a vehicle that passed inspection, has insurance, is legal, but most of all SAFE! - Thank you! My wife and I rented a couple of wedding limos from TRU Limousine for our wedding day celebration. I have to say I was impressed by the presentation of both these wedding limos. Everything went very well and we have zero complaints. On the day of our wedding we decided to rent a limo to pick us up at our home and take us to the airport for our honeymoon departure. I was planning well in advance for our wedding day so we called several limousine companies and for some reason, only TRU Limousine provided gave us with a quote over the phone. I have to mention, they charged us the same exact quote they provided over the phone, amazing! Thank you for your service and honesty! Also the drivers were professional.
