I have put off going to the gym for two years after surgery due to back problems and now a foot problem. I found this place by chance after visiting another business in this complex. So glad I did! The owner is very patient, but knows just how hard to push to make your workouts really count. He always has the perfect amount of people in the gym so he can help everyone. It is truly like having personal training every time.He is also very knowledgeable about injuries and has modified everyone in the correct way. I went to Orange Theory and Mind Body which are very nice for their own reason, but not if you want any kind of personal attention or modification. In fact, I re-injured at both places with coaches who really wanted to push too hard without any care about what was going on with me. I highly recommend Tru-fit to anyone who has an injury, or to anyone who would like to workout with total personal attention. More...
