Two words: hire her! Elaine is a rockstar!! We had her to cater a burger and fry bar at our wedding and it was so, so good. Our guests raved about the food! Elaine is so great, not only in her personality and professionalism, but also because of her talent. Food is her art form and it's amazing. She can literally create anything you want! If you have an idea in mind, share it with her and she can bring it to life. If you don't, she can absolutely come up with something to knock your socks off. Like I said, food is like her art form, so if she shares a menu with you that you feel is a little too off the wall or 'weird', don't let it scare you off. Tell her (you won't hurt her feelings) and she'll keep at it until you've got a menu you couldn't possibly be disappointed with. When it comes time for your event, her and her staff do a really incredible job. At the end of the day, Elaine's goal is to be sure her clients (and their bellies) are happy and they've enjoyed a meal they won't soon forget! I'm so glad I booked her for my wedding and will absolutely use her again in the future! More...
