We have been staying at Tropical Breeze twice a year for many years. Due to the hurricane, we have had to cancel our stay. We called and were told, “sorry no refund, nothing we can do”. We did not purchase trip insurance, however we did not want to cancel, only change dates to sometime next year. They were rude on the telephone and needless to say, TB just lost our future business and that of all the people we recommend stay there. The old management would NOT have treated us this way. This is our first time staying here and the location is phenomenal. The rooms are quaint and beachy with many different room configurations to choose from. We stayed in Parrot Perch and it was perfect! Full kitchen with 1 bedroom, perfect for couples! Very quiet, but did have to a short walk to the pool/hot tub, which we didn’t mind at all. The privacy was worth it! Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The 2 hour bike rental was great and the pool was heated, perfect temp! What a great alternative to a crowded high rise hotel. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, our cute little bungalow was only a block from the water.
When not at the beach, we rode the complimentary bikes around the key and took a dip in the heated pool. Each day, we prepared breakfast and snacks in the full kitchen. At night, we enjoyed dinner in town. The shops and restaurants were only 2 blocks up the road from us but you’d never know that because the resort is set back away from the nightlife.
The only improvement we suggest is updating the mattress. It wasn’t comfortable at all.
We will definitely return.

Spent a long weekend and it was perfect - friendly staff, clean pool and amenities. The location is absolutely amazing - walk to restaurants, shops, the beach and easy to get to from the SB airport.
Only thing I would say is the walls are thin, so if you’ve got good neighbors it’s great. If they are on the rowdy side - bring a sound machine to tune them out :) high traffic area so you do hear cars and trucks as well. But hands down would go back!

We loved our stay. Very cute accomodations and the location can’t be beat - 1 block off village and 1.5 blocks to beach access. Everyone was friendly and they even offered free bikes, towels and beach chairs. My only suggestion is I would have loved to have a Keurig for some morning coffee but you can easily walk the block to grab from a local restaurant. We will definitely be back as we love Siesta Key. We just stayed 5 night at the Tropical Breeze in 107 “Hogfish Haven”. Location! Location! Location! You can’t beat it. Steps from all the restaurants and a market to pick up anything you need. A 5 minute walk in the other direction to the most beautiful beach with powder white sand. The water was amazing! We saw dolphins! The sunset at the beach is not to be missed. The resort is in a prime location and you won’t have to have a car while there. The beach and tons of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay but booked room 283 which is supposed to sleep 6 adults. The pull out queen was unusable and needs to be replaced. It’s more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The bunk beds were literally in a closet and not easily accessible for a regular size adult. The pools are accessed by entering a code and local teenagers knew the code and took over the pool one of the days we were there. They were even urinating into the bushes right in the common area. The resort did come the next day and changed the code. More...
