My much beloved aunt recently died and my sister had contracted Tropical Arrangements for a casket spread which everyone commented was extraordinary. Seeing this, I was expecting better when I purchased a birthday arrangement for my fiancé. When they arrived I had expected something a bit larger however she was overjoyed with them and I sent a text to my sales contact at Tropical praising their efforts and thanking them. The next morning we awoke to see half of the flowers wilted. Though painstaking efforts were taken, we were unable to resurrect the dying blossoms. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to the shop our efforts have been thwarted by full mailboxes and dysfunctionally automated referrals. Although they seem to be capable of producing a quality product, it is my experience that they remain "hit and miss" as to your satisfaction. More...

I would have rated this florist lower; however, there wasn't a way to award 'negative' stars. My daughter and her family sent us an Easter Lily to commemorate this religious Holy Day and what we received was deplorable. Approximately 1/3 of the blooms were wilted and this florist should be ashamed to take money for this plant. I tried calling them several times and each time, I was transferred to a filled voice-mail box, so I could neither talk to anyone at the shop nor leave a message. Mac M. More...

I was so in awe of the care and concern of my Valentine's Day delivery that my security camera captured today that I had to contact this business to let them know about his service. My open entryway was wet and slushy with snow but he found a way to keep everything dry and secure. Today, he was not just a delivery guy but someone who displays excellent customer service and represents his employer well. oh and the flowers are amazing !! More...

Why doesn't this place have 1000 5 star reviews? It's AMAZING! I needed a floral arrangement delivered to a friend ASAP. I called Tropical Arrangements and spoke to a very friendly guy on the phone who confirmed that my online order would immediately be processed and delivered. He even sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was sent out. Affordable, beautiful, and even had really nice handwriting on the card. More...

Great customer service ! I wanted to send flowers for my sisters birthday, but I didn't know what to get. The guy on the phone was so nice to me, he walked me through what flower bouquet I should send and then forwarded me to the website so I know exactly what I was sending to my sister.
