How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients by providing completely customized workout routines via an app. Each client's program is based on the equipment they have available, the time they have to work out, and the goals that we are working together to reach. If applicable, your nutrition plans will also be offered via the app integration. All packages include basic dietary recommendations to help you reach your goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to work with a good program that is tailored to that goal, creating eating habits and other healthy habits that will help you reach your goal, and as consistent as possible while also showing yourself grace and compassion.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. The highlights of my days are when clients share their wins with me, whether it be inches/pounds lost, or hitting a new PR in the gym!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by my therapist and my life coach to start my own business, and it's given me the opportunity to help more people than working exclusively in a traditional gym environment.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To better keep you safe from covid-19 I have expanded my knowledge of home-workouts, as well as my list of recommended equipment for home workouts if that's something we (together) decide is needed to help you reach your goals.
