Tripass Design

We have a client brief that we walk through with every customer. It helps us dive deep into your business, and let its personality shine. Some questions that are asked include:

• What industry are you in?
• Do you have any known competitors? Do you have the links to their website?
• What is your unique selling point?
• Can you describe your target customer?

Everyone has a slightly different process when it comes to creating great brands. My (Brandon) creative process usually starts with word-mapping, where I take the information provided during the brief, and start finding some unique ways I can express your brand. I then do some research with the words I feel best represent your brand to get an idea of what your logo might look like. Once I have a general idea of what direction I want to go, I will start sketching all of my ideas. This is where I let my mind go wild, and don't worry too much about perfection. This part of the process isn't long, but I like to set it aside for some time and come back to see what I like the most, and what I want to try designing. I usually pick 3 different sketches that I want to try out, and vector them. I present those 3 or so concepts to you (the client) and see what one(s) you like the best. We then find some colors and refine the logo for final presentation.

This is usually discussed during the client brief, but if I were to choose the necessities, I would say we need a name or a couple of ideas about a name, your industry, and some information on your target market.

I get to watch people dream. Businesses are like children, and we want to see them grow into the greatest thing we have ever seen. Being able to be apart of that story, is the best thing ever and by far my most favorite part of my job....I also love meeting awesome people.

I always wanted to own my own business and started with a personal training business, that I really enjoyed. However, while working on my business, I found myself putting some important tasks to the side to design t-shirts for my company. After a while I realized I really enjoyed creating things, and started looking into graphic design. After my first few clients, I was hooked, and decided to take it big-time and start Tripass Design.

I truly care about the success of your business. I know that branding is a stressful process, and I love helping my clients navigate through it. Most of my past clients I still keep in touch with, and always love hearing about how great everything is going. Yes, I do get paid for the service I provide, but it isn't worth it if it doesn't help out you.

Yes I can. I do prefer working face to face, or at least meet you and your team face to face once, but I am able to complete what we need to get done via video call or phone call.

Unfortunately we do have less face to face meetings, and substitute them for video call or phone calls if preferred by the client.
