You need to put more andouille and shrimp in your pasta dish. 1 andouille and 4 shrimp are not enough. And more crab and lobster in the soup. Couldn’t find them.

I have to say the grouper tacos I had today were absolutely 5 star. i haven't had better food anywhere in Ruston or Monroe or Shreveport for that matter. 100% satisfied. Fabulous food!!! Trio’s catered my moms 78th birthday dinner and delivered it to her home and it was exceptional! We started with the frisée salad, tuna tartare, and smoked salmon flatbread and all were amazing. For our entree we had the filet and it was cooked to perfection and so tender and delicious!!! The atmosphere at Trios is the most inviting of any restaurant I have been to in Ruston. The food is immaculate. Everyone needs to eat and have a cocktail at Trios at least once a month.

Ordered for first time via phone in Ruston. Was told it would be 35-40 minutes. Gave them 45-50 minutes, showed up to pick up order, and was told “it will be a few more minutes. A gentleman showed up a few minutes ago stating he had a to go order and we gave him yours!” One, why wouldn’t you have him confirm his name and order. Two, why tell me it will be a few minutes to get my order when it would initially take 35-40. I understand mistakes as I have worked in restaurants, but this was unacceptable.
