Therapeutic Bodywork
I use various modalities of massage such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, medical, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and more to tailor each session to the client's needs and expectations. I also incorporate light stretching and breathwork throughout the session.
Energy Work
I integrate energy work when appropriate and desired.
Facial and Scalp Enhancements
I offer massage facial and scalp service add-ons such as facial Gua Sha, facial cupping, and scalp treatments to promote hair growth.
