How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It is #1, without a healthy diet you can put in the work but don’t get results. You need to have healthy intake for strong output.

I provide personalized fitness and nutritional programs, pay attention to detail and listen to the client!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Strength Training!! Talk to any doctor or physical therapist, the best thing you can do is exercise. But what type is best for the aging body? What gives you the most for your money? Strength Training! Either with your own body weight or with free weights or bands, you need to keep your muscles and connective tissue strong, so you can perform everyday tasks or even compete in sports. This helps with balance, stability and mobility as well. It's really a no brainer!

I love the relationships I develop, and helping people achieve their goals and feel better!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked at a big gym for a long time, and with COVID shutdowns I was forced to go out on my own, and it's been such a blessing! I'm inspired by others success and want to achieve what I had never thought possible in being my own boss.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Each person receives individualized program with clean equipment (for the in person option). I offer online services for those who prefer to workout from home.
50 minute Personal Training Session
We will workout for 50 minutes, either virtually or in person.
30 minute Personal Training Session
We will workout for 30 minutes, either virtually or in person.
Nutrition Coaching-30-40 minutes
We will chat online to establish and review nutrition goals, meal planning, caloric intake and macro recommendations.
Small Group Training- 45 minutes
We will workout either in person or virtually in a small group of 3 or more people.
