Trinity has turned out to be more than a place to workout and I Look forward and enjoy the time I spend there. It is a place to take time and worship your faith and have a great workout. No judging. I went to visit my sister and had the opportunity to share with her and workout here. It felt amazing the sense of community they have, and the love to the Lord they manifest in this ministry. Up until I started at TF there was truly a key component missing in my workout routine and weight loss journey. I truly believe all things we battle things we must battle through WITH Jesus so knowing that I am now getting a workout in, along with a daily devo, being empowered and led by the Holy Spirit, have a battle cry that honors the lord AND ending class in worship and prayer has set my soul on FIRE! Went for the first time this evening at 7PM. The people were amazing and very welcoming! Steven and Kelly did an excellent job of explaining the movements and keeping everything on pace :-). Trinity Fitness has changed my life in many ways. I love the time we spend in the devotion. I know that the Holy Spirit is speaking through the trainers. We all spend time getting our muscles ready by stretching. The excitement builds as the battle is revealed. The trainers go over each exercise in great detail. The battles are intense, but short in duration. My body is stronger then ever as a result of 3 days a week at TF. Closing our time out with prayer requests and prayers is the best part. Trinity Fitness is a life changer. From my first day there I was greeted with warm smiles, words of encouragement, detailed coaching and of course the word of God to support us throughout. Trinity fitness has been a savior for me. For the last 6 years I have been battling sciatica and using muscle relaxers daily to help me move and for the pain. I have been frustrated with my fitness level and playing sports with my kids have been hard. Since TFPV has came into my life I am able to stand more, move more and become active. My leg numbness is gone which is amazing I have not taken pain pills or mules relaxers. I am growing closer to GOD and thankful to him for allowing me to change mentally and physically! Survived my 3rd workout this morning. Wore my THRIVE shirt to inspire me. Body is sore but the pain reminds me that I'm doing something new and not just "talking" about changing my ways! So much more than a gym! Of course, that's what anyone who spends more than 5 minutes inside the walls of Trinity Fitness would say. I started in January this year and was committed before February started. The ministry, the fellowship and the encouragement to be the best ME that I can be is such a huge blessing in my life. I was so intimidated to go to this gym at first. I thought everyone was going to be so fit and that I wouldn't be able to complete the workout. A friend made me go and I'm so glad she did.
