We are a fitness community providing members with new workouts each day that are full body and functional movements that can be done anywhere in 35 minutes or less. Each workout can be done with little to no equipment and has a written description, video tutorial, and guided mobility training to be done post workout. Twice a week we put out guided meditations and overall wellness hacks to help reach your goals. Our app also gives you the ability to "score" your workout so you can engage with the community and track your progress!
