We were lucky to have Haylie and Monica and day-of coordinators at our wedding ceremony and lunch reception. They also met with us beforehand to ensure that everything was ready to go. In all of our interactions, they were friendly, attentive, and super organized. At the same time, they were experienced enough to adapt to unexpected needs on the day. We felt really cared for, and that made a big difference in allowing us to truly enjoy the event. My partner mentioned how much of a relief it was to see them ready to help as soon as they arrived at the venue, and I definitely felt like a weight had been taken off my shoulders once I saw how in-their-element they were. If event coordination was a sport, they'd be on the podium, no question! Some additional shoutouts - Monica and Haylie were at the venue bright and early to check-in with our vendors, receive food and decorations, set up the welcome table, distribute party favors, and direct friends and family who were involved in the vent. Our wedding day went very smoothly with Haylie and Monica as our coordinators. They met with us before the big day to go over our packed schedule beat by beat, making sure every detail was thought out. I appreciated how easygoing and well organized they both were. I knew we were in good hands for the wedding day when Monica, without my asking, helped bring in a box I left on the curb as I was carrying boxes of decorations into the venue. She had just arrived (at 7:30am!) and she was already on the ball. Haylie and Monica checked in with us often throughout the day and anticipated our needs. They thought to do things for us that we did not think to ask for (e.g. packing us a dessert box to go so we can enjoy them at home). I felt incredibly cared and was able to fully enjoy the wedding knowing that our coordinators could help us handle whatever unexpected twist that came up. I have two pieces of advice for those who are planning a wedding. Tip #1: Have a day-of coordinator so that you and your family/friends can simply enjoy the event. I am so happy and grateful that I had Haylie and Monica as my event coordinators. They were incredibly easy to talk to and were very responsive. They provided me with a timeline/checklist based on our discussions and included items I didn't even consider at the beginning. They also coordinated all of my vendors in great detail. What really stood out is that they really put me first. If I asked to be included in any of the vendor communication, they always kept me in the loop. If anything deviated on the wedding day(e.g., table set up, changes to ceremony design, last minute parental requests, etc.), they always did a quick check to be sure I was okay with it. Having Trilogy there on my wedding day made a world of difference. Monica and Haylie not only kept my wedding day on track, but also constantly checked in on me. They started the morning off by creating a group text message followed by checking in and delivering lunch to the wedding party. They set up all of my personal design pieces (escort cards, card box, reserved seating signs, guest book, pens, cake cutting set, champagne glasses, etc.) and also packed up everything for me at the end of the night. If I needed any help, I would turn around and Haylie or Monica would be there to assist. When my friend's ride failed to show, they even gave them a ride to the after party! It was such a pleasure to partner with both Monica and Haylie for a special Celebration of Life event. They were so organized, detail oriented and quick to respond to questions throughout the planning of the event. They provided the most detailed and beautiful vision board and timeline that we have ever received from an event planning company which made our job so easy. Their attention to detail during the event was impeccable from the beautiful Welcome Table they set up to suggestions for guest table and chair setup to the end of event tear down. When I wanted to propose to my now fiance, I wanted to create a memorable experience that both of us would remember for the rest of our lives.
