How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Talking with them, designing a program to help them.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Getting plenty of sleep, choosing the right foods, drinking plenty of water, and working out 3 to 4 days a week. Strength training and cardio. Sixty min sessions would be ideal, thirty min weights 30 min cardio.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I met a trainer who helped me at the lowest point of my life.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been training for about 10 years, most of my ladies have seen results. Communication and accountability is very important, if there isn't any, then the program I design won't work. My ladies usually start to see results within three weeks. The changes will be energy level, clothing will fit looser, and you will notice a little firmness, depends on how many days your putting.
