What’s your signature dish?
Build your own burger buffet! A wonderful spread of hand pattied burgers, served with variety of buns, cheese, and toppings.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen, listen, listen. We are not just in the catering and restaurant business. We are in the people, and problem solving business as well. We help our clients by providing first class service based on each clients individual needs.
What do you love most about your job?
We love feeding many people at once. We find it very fulfilling to be able to provide such a high quantity and quality product for our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We decided to get into this business because between us we have 50 years of restaurant and catering experience. Including all genres of food, drink, and service.
Why should our clients choose you?
We believe what sets us apart is our communication! We understand that if something goes wrong with your meal, everyone at the event looks at the person who ordered the meal as the wrongdoer. We will NEVER put you in that situation. Through clear concise communication, both your organization and BG Burgers will know exactly what, when, where, and how.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We accommodate whatever is requested by our clients.
Corporate catering
We specialize in corporate catering events! Whether you need to feed 6 people, or 600 people we have you covered with competitive pricing, white glove set up, and the flavor that will keep people talking about the event for months. Our menu is based on what you want.
As the owner of BG Burgers I will be your point of contact should you decide to give us an opportunity to serve you. Reach out and lets discuss your needs.
Organizational Catering Options:
Boxed lunches or dinners include a burger, sub, or sandwich with chips, cookie, and a bottled water. Toppings for the sandwiches are served on the side within the box to allow each individual to select the toppings they would like on their entrée. Condiments are also served on the side. The goal of these boxed lunches is to provide each individual with everything they will need to complete a meal.
Buffet style meals are set up onsite before or after your event. Please see the attached catering menu.
Individual orders for each person based on our existing menu, with a 10% discount deducted from your total bill for sports team orders of 15 people or more.
Individual salads to order.
Anything you want customized for you! In other words, if you're looking for something that we do not have listed here, or on our menus we can make it happen! Our team of Chefs and Culinarians are well versed in all aspects of catering and food service.
Sports Teams
We offer an extensive line of catering concepts that are specifically designed for sports teams. We regularly provide onsite, and offsite catering for BGSU Football, BGSU men’s & women’s basketball, BGSU men’s hockey, just to name a few. At the end of this email you will see a list of the services we can provide for your athletes, and the supporting staff as they visit Bowling Green.
Our goals as a caterer for sports teams are:
Provide on time delivery or pickup based on your team's tight schedule.
Offer options for people that have special dietary requests such as gluten free, halal, and vegan.
Provide flexible dining options such as grab and go boxes for bus rides home or to the airport, buffet style meals set up before or after your game or practice, or individualized orders for each person.
Listen to the needs of each individual team and provide solutions.
