It is pretty ridiculous how quickly I became attached to this gym I went to 3-4 several gym in the area when I moved to Altamonte springs because I really wanted to make sure that I found the right place. My goal for finding a gym was:1) find like minded people2) find a gym that cares about community 3) find coaches that care about alignment and proper technique4) something close to my houseso far this gym has exceeded all of my expectations, and not only that but it is a beautiful location with very clean bathrooms (the bathrooms have showers)The equipment always looks new and it's clear they keep up with maintenanceTheir classes are very wide variety on times and types of workouts, & They have a lot of cool events for the community outside of work outs More...

This place is locked down tighter than Guantanamo Bay. For 2 weeks I tried to contact this gym. Phone, text which the voicemail suggests, email, Instagram messages, and even Facebook messages, I was ignored on all. All I asked for was how to join this gym and not a soul would give me five minutes of their time to help. - update: they have reached out, they are great people. I am so grateful I joined this gym last October! From day one everyone made me feel comfortable and like I was part of the family! Working out here helps my mood- whatever happens before I walk in the doors is quickly forgotten when I start to workout. I always leave feeling less stressed, refreshed and energized!
