Triangle Construction did an amazing job putting together my beautiful new dining room table. It was originally all wood, but I wanted a rustic French farmhouse style table. Painted a black base with a burgundy layer on the tabletop in stylized strokes. Sanded the edges a bit to give it a rustic vibe, and finished with a semi-gloss spray to seal.The attention to detail here really stood out to me. He tried a few different brush strokes to see which I preferred and noted that some stroke styles may stand out more than others after the finishing spray dries. He was great at listening to my opinions while also giving experienced advice.They did a wonderful job bringing my vision to life! Wowowowowow !!!!!! Words can not describe how much I am impressed with Daniel and his team's work at my house !!!!I had been wanting to stop going across the room to turn on lights and living in rooms with no ceiling lights as well as a small kitchen with no storage. I reached out to Daniel and explained to him that I needed to have additional cabinets installed, house completely re-wired, earthquake proof my bookshelves, redo outdoor lights, and my list went on and on. He informed me that he could make it happened. When his crew came in, they did an amazing job prepping the house and getting it ready. They did a great job of keeping me appraised of the process.  Our house in Hayward was built in 1950, and there were lots of upgrades required. Triangle Construction did an excellent job in my home. They were very professional, did QUALITY work and left things looking very clean. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. I love the way my movie room turned out and can't wait to have them back to complete a few more jobs. We are planning on tackling a kitchen remodel in the near future, and it feels great to know that I will have the best of the best to complete my new kitchen. We recently had three home issues come up, and as relatively new homeowners of around 2 years, this was our first time needing to hire contractors. First, we had water damage to our laundry room wall via exterior leaks - the house had a retrofitted window and cracks in the outside were causing water (and subsequently, ants) to come into our house. Second, our upstairs master bathroom toilet was leaking and causing water damage to the living room ceiling below. And finally, a corner shelf had cracked off our shower wall.I got estimates from 3 local contractors. Mike from Triangle came out and did a great job listening to our issues and breaking down the estimated price of each job. The two other contractors were both more expensive (one quoted us 3x the price of Triangle!) and less flexible on dates. Triangle was the clear winner. I also spoke several times via email and phone with a woman from Triangle named Courtney, who was friendly, patient, and helpful in answering all my (admittedly novice) questions. Mike even met me at Home Depot to look at replacement windows and toilets.Daniel & Mike completed the projects in 3 days, and only slightly over budget due to unforeseen plumbing issues from a small puncture in one of our pipes hidden above the ceiling. My wife stays at home with our two kids and I worked from home during those three days, and Daniel & Mike were non-obtrusive, efficient, and very friendly with our whole family. And the work they did was stellar - everything looks as good (and better in the case of our exterior window trim) than it had before.We had such a positive experience that our neighbors are now looking into them for their own home issues, and we're hoping to use them again for several other lingering projects in the near future. Daniel and his team are professional, prompt, courteous and they do great work.  I contacted Daniel to repair a ceiling damaged by a leaky pipe.  The drywall and texture was completed over the course of a few days, fitting me into the open spaces in his schedule.  We have deck repairs to be done soon and I'm certain we will use Triangle Construction again. We had some wood flooring installed and sheetrock work done and were very pleased with the result. There were some unexpected hiccups along the way (surprise, surprise) and they were very accommodating, even finished the floor in the quoted timeframe. We are so impressed by Daniel, Mike, and Frank! We had 2 small bathroom remodels in our small condo in Oakland and they were fast, efficient, communicated clearly, and very polite and courteous. They were accommodating with all the quirks of a city and HOA (parking, neighbors, rules, etc). This is our first remodel and they walked us through all the steps and gave us advice and options. This second review is for our kitchen floors, wine fridge spot and soffit lighting.  Triangle construction came back for a second job, the kitchen floors.  They did a fabulous job!  We were very picky about how we wanted the transition to look and they did it perfectly!  They also patched around the hole to get the wine fridge to fit.  It looks like it was meant to be there!  they also patched where the ugly soffit was above the sink!  They are amazing!  I hope we can use them again soon! I needed 3 exterior doors replaced on my townhome. After 2 no shows with contractors I had lost hope. Then I was referred to Daniel. He was a refreshing start. Not only did he give me a quick response he was out at my home the next day taking measurements for the doors. Even though I purchased the doors at my local lowes Daniel was just a text message away for guidance. On the installation day Daniel's crew ran into an issue with the door handle being on the incorrect side. Daniel was quick to try to resolve. He drove out to lowes to try switch the door. And when lowes couldn't replace it his crew researched and figured out how to switch the door handle! With every obstacle they faced during my installation they met the challenge with no impact on delivery time. Daniel said it would take his crew 1 day to switch out all the doors and guess what? That is exactly what happened. His crew was timely, well mannered, and clean. I've had contractors in the past leave a mess when the job was done. Not Daniel's crew. He even checked in with me on the chemicals used to clean up to make sure it was ok around our baby. This GC will not disappoint. More...

For this project I worked with Mike, Daniel, another Mike, and Frank.  All of them are very friendly, professional, and easy to work with.  Most importantly, they do what they promise, punctual and responsive.  This seems to be a very simply requirement, yet I find it to be the most difficult part when dealing with contractors; if you have dealt with them a lot in the past, you know what I mean.The work they did was simply beautiful.  They paid a lot of attention to details and made sure everything they put up is perfect.  If you are finicky about your cabinets to be perfectly leveled to the nano-meter degree of accuracy, then these are your guys.  For the high-end quality of work, the price they charged was very reasonable, but having said that, if you are working with a tighter budget (like myself), you could get cheaper deals somewhere else, and live with some imperfections that us mere mortals can't tell anyway. Mike was awesome.  I had been having trouble finding a reliable contractor.  I contacted Triangle and Mike responded the same day.  Within that week, he came out and looked at all of my projects.  He provided me a quote quickly and was fair as we negotiated through the quote. When the work started, they showed up on time, and our project ended as we scheduled.  I can't recommend Triangle enough.  I will definitely calling for my next project. More...

We signed on with Triangle Construction for a kitchen remodel (demo, granite, backsplash, appliance install, etc).  Work started during the last week of December and finished up yesterday.  All I can say is wow!  I had an idea of how the kitchen would turn out, but man I can't stop smiling at the workmanship.  Mike was easily accessible, very patient, and guided us through the entire process.  He and his staff exceeded our expectations.  Thanks Triangle Construction, see you again when we do our bathroom remodel. I literally can't say enough about Triangle Construction! Daniel and his team did a ton of remodeling for us a few years back and it was always within budget and flawless. They never ceased to go the extra mile to make it right, and me happy.Pan forward to today, where some of our lights in our kitchen suddenly stopped working. Daniel came out on his day off and uncovered the problem. We had invariably turned a switch off-a bit embarrassing! On his way out, my daughter asked him how to get into our safe since we lost the key. I laughed thinking he doesn't know! He looked at the safe, took a few photos of the lock and within 45 minutes of leaving, he texted me telling me the replacement key would be mailed to me for $17.00!!! Seriously a miracle worker! Dan is a really great handyman. If there is one word for his work - it is outstanding.I needed to wall mount a TV,put up some ceiling fans and a few other odd jobs. Wow! Daniel said that the work to remodel our kitchen would take 4 weeks. He was right. Unbelievable crew, he counseled us on the cabinets we were to use, he was very good. Everything came out better than we had expected. Under budget, on time, every day. It was as smooth of a kitchen remodel as could be expected. Even the Plumbing Contractor ( Reed Plumbing in Livermore, CA.) he used was great. Tile guy was perfect. Every one of his guys helped us to figure out what we wanted.
